Terms of Service for Lauren Elizabeth Photography

1. Agreement

By booking a session with Lauren Elizabeth Photography, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Payment

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due on the day of the session or as specified in your invoice.

3. Delivery of Images

Your digital images will be delivered via a secure online gallery link. Please download your images promptly, as the link will expire after 7 days. After expiration, a fee may apply for resending the images.

4. Image Usage Rights

You are granted a non-exclusive license to use the images for personal use, including printing and sharing. Commercial use or alteration of images is not permitted without prior written consent from Lauren Elizabeth Photography.

5. No Filters or Edits

You agree not to apply any filters or edits to the images provided. This ensures the integrity of the work.

6. Copyright

All images are copyrighted by Lauren Elizabeth Photography. You may not sell or use the photographs for commercial purposes without obtaining explicit permission.

7. Cancellation and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please notify me at least 3-4 days in advance. Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to a rescheduled session.

8. Liability

Lauren Elizabeth Photography is not responsible for any injuries or damages that may occur during the session. Clients are responsible for their own safety and the safety of others during the shoot.

9. Modifications

These Terms of Service may be updated from time to time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
